Ivan was fantastic! I contacted him for the first time early in a morning to add a header in a wall and he was at our house a few hours later for an estimate. He listened while I explained what we wanted and understood the complications we were facing. He asked a couple of questions and answered some of mine and we quickly figured out the exact details of what we needed him to do. He returned later the same day and did the work to my satisfaction. He was absolutely courteous and before leaving he cleaned up everything and asked if there was anything else he could do. We received a professionally prepared invoice the following morning, and it was actually below the estimate! Ivan clearly cares about people and about doing work the right way.
